Open Door Community Health Centers (ODCHC) provides quality dental services to a wide range of patients from the community. The Dental Assistant is an integrated and essential part of the treatment experience, helping patients feel welcome and comfortable, gathering important historical and current health information, and providing chair side assistance within their scope of practice. Will provide training and encourage advancement. Spanish or Hmong speaking a plus; prior dental office experience preferred.

Dental Assistant

Our dental assistant hourly wage ranges are listed below. All new hires will start at the base wage for the position. DA certification and other requirements may be required to be hired at a higher step on our DA ladder.

Dental Assistant – Trainee - $22.00 to $29.10

Dental Assistant - $23.00 to $30.42

Registered Dental Assistant

Our registered dental assistant hourly wage ranges are listed below. All new hires will start at the base wage for the position. RDA certification/license and other requirements may be required to be hired at a higher step on our RDA ladder.

RDA I - $25.00 to $33.06

RDA II - $27.00 to $35.71
